The invitation

When you're ready for an approach that can help you think, feel and function better.

Many of the people I work with come to me after trying a few things already. Talk therapy that helped them understand but didn’t quite shift things. Medication that took the edge off without getting them all the way there. A sense that something’s still not right, even when everything looks fine on paper.

If that sounds familiar, it doesn’t mean you’re stuck or beyond help. More often, it simply means you haven’t found the right combination for you yet. That’s where my work begins: understanding the whole picture, then drawing on the right tools to help you feel genuinely better.

HOW I WORK

Three Tools, Matched to You

I’m not a one-size-fits-all therapist. Depending on what you’re working through and what feels right to you, I draw on three main approaches, often in combination.

Relational Talk Therapy

The relationship comes first. We make sense of what’s weighing on you, notice the patterns underneath it, and create space for you to feel understood without having to hold everything together.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

When something painful still feels stuck, EMDR helps the brain process what happened so it can carry less weight in the present.

Neurofeedback

Brain training

A gentle, evidence-based way to work directly with the brain and nervous system, helping with regulation, focus, anxiety, and that constant high-alert feeling.

What’s Possible

Imagine feeling like yourself again

Picture waking up steadier, with a mind clear enough to focus on what’s in front of you and the resilience to move through a hard day without it flattening you.

That’s not wishful thinking. It’s what tends to happen when understanding and the right tools come together. You’ve spent enough time just getting by. Let’s get you further than that.
